The working principle of injection pump

Jet pump is a fluid-powered pump. Fluid power pump has no mechanical drive and mechanical work components, it uses the energy of another working fluid as a power source to transport low-energy liquid, which has good safety when used to pump flammable and explosive materials. Jet vacuum pump is a device that uses a high speed jet through the nozzle to pump out the gas in the container to obtain vacuum, also called jet vacuum pump. In chemical production, it is often used for the purpose of generating vacuum.

Industrial jet pumps, also known as jet pumps and ejectors. A pump that uses the jet effect of high-pressure working fluid to transport fluid. It consists of a nozzle, a mixing chamber, and an enlargement tube. A vacuum chamber (also called suction chamber) is set at the throat for smooth operation; a mixing chamber is set behind the vacuum chamber so that the two fluids can be fully mixed. During operation, the working fluid is ejected from the nozzle at a very high speed to form a low pressure in the vacuum chamber, so that the conveyed fluid is sucked into the vacuum chamber and then into the mixing chamber. In the mixing chamber, the high energy working fluid and the low energy conveyed fluid are fully mixed, so that energy is exchanged with each other and the speed is gradually consistent, and from the throat into the diffusion chamber, the speed slows down and the static pressure rises back to achieve the purpose of conveying the fluid.
