During the transportation of the pump station, it must be placed horizontally and fixed on the truck with soft rope. The connection between the soft rope and the cylinder must be fixed with steel wire rope prohibited. It is forbidden to place heavy objects on the upper part of pump station barrel.
Before the pump station is put into the foundation pit, the horizontal surface of the concrete foundation must be free from inclination, otherwise the tank body will be broken and the liquid inside the pump station will leak. When the pump station is hoisted into the foundation pit, all lifting lugs shall be used for hoisting, and each lug shall be evenly stressed. Pay attention to the alignment of inlet and outlet during hoisting.
Lift the pump station from the working area to the concrete base plate, and then install the fixed pressing plate. The fixed pressing plate is installed on the conical plate at the bottom of the prefabricated pump station with a certain diameter, and fixed with the expansion bolt and pressing plate.
It is recommended to use cement concrete with grade no less than C30 strength and gravel diameter no more than 32mm. During grouting, the bottom of the barrel shall be mixed to ensure that the concrete can evenly distribute the bottom of the barrel and fill all the voids. After grouting, it is necessary to observe the settlement of the concrete floor for 24 hours. In case of any settlement, it is necessary to inform the relevant staff in time and take remedial measures.
Backfilling shall be carried out evenly all around. It is forbidden to pour backfill materials directly to one side of the foundation pit.
The backfill material shall not contain dynamic soil, expansive soil or corrosive soil, and shall be compacted in layers.
The backfill shall be compacted to avoid the pipeline tension inside the pump station acting on the external pipeline.
It is strictly prohibited for large stones to fall into the backfill pit, so as to avoid damage to the barrel caused by falling on the barrel of the pump station.
